What we can help with
- Corrections. If a draw result, statistic or rule on TotoLab looks wrong, tell us the page and what you believe is correct. We check it against the official source and fix confirmed errors promptly.
- Tool questions. How the wheel generator, quick pick, frequency charts or wheel checker work.
- Privacy requests. Including removing your email from the TotoLab Pro waitlist. See our privacy policy.
- Feedback and ideas for new tools or guides.
What we cannot help with
- Ticket checks, prize claims and account issues. TotoLab is independent and not affiliated with Singapore Pools. For claims, lost tickets or betting accounts, contact Singapore Pools directly. Our guide to claiming a Toto prize explains the process.
- Number predictions or "winning systems". No one can predict Toto draws, and we never sell tips.
