Editorial policy
TotoLab exists to give Singapore Toto players accurate data and honest maths. This page explains how we produce our results pages, statistics and guides, and the standards we hold them to.
1. Sources
- Game rules and prize structure are taken from the official TOTO Game Rules and TOTO Match Game Rules published by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (GRA). Guides cite the rules they rely on.
- Draw results come from publicly published results, are checked for missing or duplicate draws, and historical results were cross-checked against a second source. Our database holds every draw from January 2020 (688 draws to draw #4228 (22 Oct 2026)).
- Claims and operational details (deadlines, branches, payment methods) are taken from Singapore Pools' published information, and we advise readers to confirm them with Singapore Pools.
2. Calculations
Every odds figure on TotoLab is calculated exactly from combinatorics — counting winning combinations out of the 13,983,816 possible — rather than copied from elsewhere. Statistics about past draws are calculated directly from our database each time the site is rebuilt, so pages stay consistent with the latest results.
Where we test whether a pattern in past draws is meaningful, we use standard statistical tests (such as chi-square and binomial tests) and compare results with the exact mathematical expectation. We report the result even when it is unexciting — which, for a fair lottery, it almost always is.
3. Honesty about what tools can do
Toto is random. We do not publish predictions, "due" numbers or winning systems, and we state on every page that no tool or statistic can change the odds. Where a tool has a genuine use — such as wheeling to organise numbers with a proven coverage guarantee — we explain exactly what it does and does not do, and show its cost.
4. Review and updates
Guides are reviewed when the rules change, when Singapore Pools introduces new products or bet types, and when readers report a problem. Each guide shows the date it was last updated.
5. Corrections
If you find an error, email hello@totolab.sg with the page and the issue. We check reports against the official source and correct confirmed errors as quickly as we can.
6. Independence and advertising
TotoLab is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited. The site may show advertising to cover its costs. Advertisers have no influence over our content, and we do not accept payment to promote gambling products.
7. Who publishes TotoLab
